Your happiness is our strength. If for some reason you are completely satisfied with your purchase we can exchange or refund items within 14 days. All you have to do is filling our RMA form (Return Material Authorization). Items should be sent back to us and will only be considered for refund/exchange if unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Shipment cost of returns are at charge of the Customer unless there is a fault with the item or the wrong item has been sent to you.
At this stage, we will inspect any valid refunds together with return postage will be refunded. Refunds can take up to 30 Days to process through PayPal. If you want an exchange, differently from refund / return, specify it filling RMA. Once we receive your item and it has been processed, we’ will get the replacement/refund out to you.
Once you’ve placed your order we cannot manually adjust it anyway. Obviously, you are able to ask us for a refund and reorder any product from our website but we would not be able to refund you for any shipment cost by the way.
Any price shown on our website is to consider inclusive of VAT cost.
Nowadays, we try to check on that each showed detail as product descriptions and prices of any product result to be accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any goods ordered by our Customers, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or deleting it.
If you will result not reachable by us, we will treat the order as deleted. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If you have already received the goods in question, we ask your courtesy to send them back to us in a manner that we will issue a full refund and any costs you in incur returning the item. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective legislation. Unfortunately we cannot give advice on what these costs will be, please consult your local customs office for more information.
Your orders are delivered by either 1st Class Royal Mail Post or courier. Our couriers may require a valid signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, so please specify a valid address where someone will be able to sign for your order between these hours, alternatively have your order delivered to your work address. Royal Mail Delivery will occasionally deliver on a Saturday however we cannot guarantee this check. Any delivery (and attached cost), any options are listed on the checkout page and are subject to change.
Items sent by Royal Mail usually are delivered within 1-3 working days however on the very rare occasion it may require within 14 days. In any case, we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
For international orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery strongly depending on your location. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or similar duties, which are your responsibility where they apply. Any Order marked as completed and delivered with a signature by Royal Mail or our couriers cannot be cited with us.
